Florida licensed attorney since 1998, practicing in the areas of commercial and residential closings. In 2001, he worked for a firm specializing in representing lenders in residential foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcy and title insurance issues. In 2004, formed Shawn M. Yesner, P.L. to protect homeowners and real estate investors in all aspects of foreclosure and bankruptcy. He recently left the practice to again go on his own and provide individualized service to his clients and referral sources.
