company, Modern Design Staging, and Styling. By combining
residential real estate with professional home staging Gemma is
able to get clients the most money for their home in the shortest
amount of time! Modern architecture is her favorite but she works
with all styles of homes. She has 19 years experience in the RE
industry, Gemma has a warehouse of staging inventory and she is VP
of the Dallas RESA (Real Estate Staging Association).
If you are working with higher end properties this is a must to
make sure the buyer gets the vision of how the property could look
as their home. When you have more expensive houses your carrying
costs are more expensive and the faster you sell your house the
more profit you will make.
